Graduates of Jagannath University (Honours, Masters, M.Phil, PhD and Executive programs) whose final results were published within the eligibility window announced for the convocation.

One registration covers one degree. If you hold more than one degree (for example Honours and Masters), register the one you want to receive at this convocation; its fee is shown in the fee table.

Check the degree level, registration number and roll first. If it is still not found, ask your department or the Office of the Controller of Examinations to add you to the list — an account can be created only once your degree is listed. A further degree that is missing can still be entered by hand in your application; your department verifies it.

Online with bKash, Rocket or a debit/credit card (confirmed instantly), or by depositing the amount at the designated bank branch using the payment slip from your portal and then submitting the journal number with a scan of the slip.

The Accounts office checks every slip against the bank statement, normally within two working days. You will get an SMS when it is confirmed. If a slip is rejected you can submit a corrected one.

Yes. Choose "In absentia" in the attendance step. You will not get a seat or a gown; your certificate can be collected later from your department with your registration confirmation and NID.

Yes, if guest passes are offered for this convocation. Enter the number of guests and their names in the attendance step; the guest-pass fee is added to your total.

After your fee is paid, every degree is verified by its department and the Registrar office approves your registration. The card shows your block and seat number and a QR code used at the gate.

Before paying you can click "Edit application" on your dashboard. After payment, write to the Convocation Cell — if needed your application will be returned to you for correction.

Certificates are handed over department-wise against signature on the distribution sheet. Bring your convocation card and NID; a representative needs your authorisation letter and their own NID.
